2. Adults only
Camtlas links to sexually explicit live content. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and if viewing such content is legal where you are. If either is not the case, leave now.
3. What Camtlas is
Camtlas is a directory that displays, on an interactive globe, models who are broadcasting live on third-party cam platforms (currently Stripchat, through its affiliate program). Camtlas does not produce, host, stream or store any video and has no control over the content of live rooms. Locations on the globe are approximate and based only on the country declared on the model’s public profile.
4. Third-party sites
Clicking a model opens the platform that hosts her room. Your use of that platform is governed by its own terms, age checks and privacy policy. Camtlas earns a commission on some sign-ups and purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you.
5. Age of performers (18 U.S.C. §2257)
Camtlas is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any visual content. All images displayed are live previews supplied by the hosting platform, which is responsible for verifying the age and identity of its performers and for keeping the records required by law. All performers were 18 years of age or older at the time of broadcast.
6. Content removal
Performers, rights holders and authorities can ask for a preview to be removed by emailing contact@camtlas.com with the username concerned. We act within 72 hours. To report illegal content on a live stream, also report it directly to the hosting platform.
7. Liability
Camtlas is provided “as is”. Rooms go on and offline every minute and we cannot guarantee that a model is still live when you click.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
